What You'll Be Doing
Provide outstanding eyewear styling and optical advice tailored to each customer
Dispense lenses and frames based on prescriptions provided by our Optometrists
Help customers select frames that suit their style, lifestyle and optical needs
Build genuine relationships with patients and create an experience that keeps them coming back
Support the team in delivering strong store and customer service outcomes
Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Continue developing your knowledge of frames, lenses and optical dispensing

About You
Has 1+ years' experience in the optical industry, or 2+ years' retail sales experience
Is available to work Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays
Is reliable and comfortable with store opening and closing responsibilities
Has robust attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
Is confident, proactive and communicates clearly
Enjoys building trusting relationships with customers and teammates
Brings a positive, friendly approach and takes pride in delivering excellent service
Is interested in developing their optical knowledge and retail career
