The successful applicant will be responsible for warehouse coordination (3 days per week) and furniture deliveries (2 days per week, Mondays & Thursdays). The delivery days will generally align with our main delivery driver servicing the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast areas, providing additional support during our busiest delivery periods.
Key responsibilities
Receiving and checking incoming furniture stock
Organising and maintaining warehouse inventory
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
Assisting with stock movements and customer orders
Delivering new furniture products to residential and commercial customers
Safely loading, transporting and unloading furniture items
Completing deliveries across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions
No weekend work but this job may require early starts or late finishes occasionally
About you
Experienced in warehousing, furniture handling and/or delivery driving
Physically fit and capable of safely lifting heavy furniture items
Reliable,
punctual and trustworthy
Solid work ethic and takes pride in completing jobs properly
Safety-focused with positive manual handling practices
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Professional when dealing with customers and suppliers
Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
