We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our Kedron team.
Service Receptionist | Kedron
What you’ll do
Answer calls and assist customers
Manage service bookings by phone, online and in person
Prepare, manage and close Repair Orders, recording customer requirements
Assist with loan vehicle agreements
Reconcile banking
Distribute mail and order stationery and supplies
Keep customer areas organised and welcoming
Provide general administrative support to the Service team
Monday to Friday | 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm | No weekends
What we’re looking for
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Good computer skills
