Cruise Whitsundays, part of Journey Beyond, seeks a Commis Chef to operate aboard the Reefworld Pontoon, 39 nautical miles off the Excellent Barrier Reef. You will support breakfast, lunch and dinner service under Reefworld Chefs, while maintaining HACCP and food safety practices in a unique offshore hospitality setting.
The role follows an 8 days on / 6 days off swing, with shifts entirely at Reefworld, and offers a market-market-competitive salary plus travel and staff discounts.
