Truck & Barrow is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Labourer to join our team in Ravenhall, Victoria. This is a Full time Postion with a 6 month probation.
Multiple roles available such as:
Paver Operator
Roller/Multi Operator
Skid Steer Operator
What you'll be doing
Supporting the asphalt laying process by operating machinery such as Roller & Multi, Skid Steer or Paver and tools to prepare and finish asphalt surfaces
Assisting with the loading and unloading of asphalt materials and equipment
Undertaking general labouring duties as required to ensure efficient and secure job completion
Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Asphalt Labourer or similar role in the construction industry
Knowledge of asphalt laying techniques and the use of associated tools and equipment
Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to workplace health and safety
