This is a hands-on, technically-focused role reporting to the Program Manager, with no direct reports.

development and testing functionsDuties / Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops and technical design sessions, translating business needs into transparent, implementable specifications for a range of stakeholdersMap current and future state processes, identify gaps, and define system behaviours and integrationsProduce developer-ready documentation including BRDs, FRDs, interface specs and solution designsSupport agile delivery through epic refinement, story breakdown and backlog management in JiraPartner closely with architects, developers and testers, acting as a key technical liaison to ensure solutions are buildable and fit for purposeSkills and Experience8+ years' experience as a hands-on Technical Business Analyst in complex, enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both business and technical audiencesFull SDLC and Agile delivery experience, with strong Jira proficiencyProven experience producing technical documentation and diagrams using Mural, Miro and VisioDemonstrated experience mentoring or uplifting BA practice standardsUnrestricted Australian work rights required
