An established integrated commercial building services provider is seeking an experienced State Manager to lead the growth of its Soft Services division across Recent South Wales.The company provides construction, commercial fit-out and facility maintenance services, with a substantial and long-standing presence in commercial cleaning.
Its portfolio includes major retail and distribution environments, supported by strong operational capability and established client relationships.About the RoleThis newly created position will focus on expanding the company's commercial cleaning and broader Soft Services presence beyond its traditional retail client base.
You will identify new markets, develop senior client relationships and secure profitable, long-term contracts across sectors such as commercial property, industrial, logistics, education, healthcare and government.This is a hybrid position offering considerable flexibility to work from home, meet clients in the field and occasionally attend the company's office near its new Kingsford warehouse.Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will have the autonomy and operational support to shape the NSW growth strategy.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:Developing and executing the business development strategy for NSWIdentifying new opportunities across commercial cleaning and related Soft ServicesDiversifying the business beyond its established retail portfolioBuilding relationships with property, procurement and facilities decision-makersManaging opportunities from initial engagement through to contract awardLeading expressions of interest, tenders,
