compliance obligations and relevant legislationStrong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements within construction environmentsProven ability to lead and manage project teams in a live delivery environmentExperience procuring trade packages, preparing scopes of work and managing subcontractor engagementAbility to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesExperience managing project budgets, programme performance and cost controlsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and regulatory authoritiesHigh-level organisational, planning and time management skillsProficiency in project and site management software including HammerTech, Procore, MS Project, Aconex or similar platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCurrent Construction Induction Card (White Card)Current Australian Driver's LicenceWhat You'll DoLead the delivery of construction projects in accordance with programme, budget and contractual requirementsOversee day-to-day project execution in collaboration with Site Managers and project teams to ensure safe, coordinated and productive deliveryMonitor project progress and proactively address delays, conflicts,



sequencing challenges and project delivery risksEnsure all health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are implemented, maintained and regularly reviewed on siteProcure trade packages, develop scopes of work and manage subcontractor and supplier engagementOversee subcontractor performance, compliance and contractual obligations to ensure successful project deliveryReview subcontractor claims, variations and extension of time requests in collaboration with the Contracts AdministratorMaintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other key project stakeholdersMonitor programme performance, project budgets and delivery outcomes, identifying cost risks, savings opportunities and procurement efficienciesEnsure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycleMaintain accurate project records, reports, RFIs, site instructions and project correspondenceManage project documentation, drawing registers, construction revisions and document control processes to ensure information is accurate and up to dateLiaise with project administration personnel to support reporting, compliance, certification and project close-out requirementsLead commissioning, defect rectification, certification and handover activities to achieve successful project completionMentor and support project personnel, foster a collaborative and accountable team culture, and represent DCOH professionally in accordance with the DCOH Code of Conduct
