or community servicesConfidence managing services for children with high and complex needsStrong understanding of person-centred active support and inclusive practiceExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsAlignment with our values: Caring, Open, EngagedRequirementsPrevious experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector is ideal but not essentialPrevious leadership experience in a disability or child-focused settingWorking towards or holding a relevant qualification at a minimum of Certificate III level in one of the following areas: Education, Community and Social Services, Health and Medical, Disability and Aged Care, or Allied Health.EmployeeBlue Card in Queensland.ValidHLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting(including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
