You will lead and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, managing scope, program, budget, quality and stakeholder relationships to ensure contractual requirements are met and projects achieve successful outcomes for both Bryant and our clients.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage project delivery from initiation through to completion, meeting scope,



budget and program requirementsDefine project goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, clients and other stakeholdersPlan, schedule and monitor project timelines, budgets, costs and quality performance, including subcontractorsSource, engage and manage subcontractors and suppliers, including quotes, contracts and performanceProvide leadership and direction to Site Supervisors and project support staff across the project teamEnsure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements, and Bryant's Integrated Management System (BIMS)Prepare and review progress claims, purchase orders and project reportingLiaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure contractual and quality obligations are metIdentify and manage project risks, changes to scope and contingency planning throughout the project lifecycleAbout YouMinimum five to ten years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction industryTertiary qualifications in Project Management,



Construction Management or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience managing building and construction projects with values ranging from $4 million to $20 millionExperience delivering large-scale townhouse or multi-residential developments will be highly regardedDemonstrated experience across a diverse range of construction sectors, such as education, health, commercial and industrial, will be advantageousDemonstrated experience delivering projects under Design & Construct (D&C;) contract modelsStrong commercial acumen with experience in budgets, cost control, procurement and progress claimsSound knowledge of construction contracts and contractual requirementsStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent planning, organisational and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to interpret construction plans, drawings and project documentationStrong commitment to safety, quality and environmental performanceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in real timeCurrent Driver Licence and Construction White CardAbility to travel where requiredDemonstrated skills in Jobpac or similar cost management software desirableDemonstrated skills in Procore or similar project management software desirableIntermediate skills in MS Project and the Microsoft Office suiteBuilders Licence will be highly regardedStrong and enjoyable company cultureWork in an environment where you can make an impactOn-site parkingWork/life balance with adaptable work arrangementsBryant does not accept any unsolicited contact from Recruitment Agencies.Candidates must be entitled to work in Australia and may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing.
