This is an opportunity for a hands‐on hospitality leader who enjoys working in a premium environment, developing people and balancing outstanding service with robust commercial discipline.The RoleAs Venue Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the Club's hospitality operation, ensuring members, guests, function clients and visitors receive consistently high levels of service.
You will lead from the front, developing a professional and accountable team culture while contributing to revenue growth, cost control and overall operational performance.
You will be responsible for:Leading day-to-day operations across front of house, bar, member services, functions and eventsDelivering exceptional service standards while managing presentation, feedback and operational issuesLeading, coaching and developing the team to create a positive, skilled and accountable cultureSupporting the planning and delivery of functions, events,
