As we continue to invest in our business, we're seeking an experienced Venue Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our established pubs in the Tweed Region.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of a busy hospitality venue.
You'll oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, drive commercial performance, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.You'llhave the prospect to influence the direction of the venue while maintaining high standards across service, compliance, and financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the venueLead, coach, and develop department managers and venue staffDrive sales and profitability across food, beverage, gaming, and functionsManage labour costs, budgets, stock control, and key performance indicatorsWork closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and cost targetsEnsure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS,



and food safety requirementsBuild a positive team culture focused on accountability, service, and continuous improvementDeliver an outstanding customer experience across all areas of the businessAbout YouYou are a confident hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, and driving strong business results.To succeed in this role, you'll have:Minimum five years' experience in senior hospitality or venue managementStrong leadership skills with experience managing diverse hospitality teamsProven commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIsExperience in food and beverage operations, gaming, and functionsSound knowledge of hospitality compliance and venue operationsA hands-on approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsA current NSW RSA, RCG and Approved Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain)What's on OfferSalary package of $95,000 – $110,000 + SuperSenior leadership role with autonomy and influenceOpportunity to join a growing hospitality businessSupportive ownership with a long-term visionCareer development opportunities as the business continues to grow
