Job Description
Chery Chadstone (Chadstone Motor Group) is seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our dealership's sales performance, marketing initiatives, and customer experience outcomes located in Oakleigh VIC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets
Manage CRM processes, sales pipelines and lead conversion activities
Develop and implement local marketing and promotional campaigns
Support high-value negotiations, pricing and stock management
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business insights
Ensure compliance with dealership policies,
consumer legislation and OEM requirements
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing sales teams within an automotive dealership workplace
Strong knowledge of vehicle sales, CRM systems, finance and insurance products
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results
Strong understanding of customer service and team development
Salary range is $75,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience.
Fulltime Position available.
