Viva Leisure in Redcliffe is seeking an Assistant Club Manager as part of our Future Leaders Programme. You will gain hands-on experience and mentorship while developing leadership, sales, and member engagement skills to progress toward a Club Manager role.
You’ll support day-to-day club operations, coach staff, drive membership sales, ensure a secure, clean facility, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This is a permanent part time role (25 hours/week).
