About the Role
You will be an integral part of our Property Management Team, assisting with leasing activities and daily portfolio support while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation
Assisting Property Managers with portfolio management tasks
Ingoing Inspections
Managing enquiries via phone, email and in person
Providing administrative and office support
Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
This role requires professionalism,
confidentiality and strong communication skills at all times.

Essential Requirements
Current QLD Real Estaste Registration Certificate (Mandatory)
