Qualifications
At least1 year of relevant restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience(preferred)
Relevant qualification of at leastCertificate IV level
At least1 year of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of up to10 staff members per shift, including cashiers, food handlers and wait staff
Assist with therecruitment, onboarding and trainingof new employees
Prepare, manage and monitorstaff rosters and schedules
Lead by example and promote apositive, respectful and professional workplace




Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with the restaurant'sservice and operational standards
Ensure all staff consistently provide ahigh level of customer service
Monitor stock levels and assist withordering and receiving supplies
Ensure the restaurant maintains asafe, clean and welcoming environmentfor both staff and customers
Handle cash, assist withdaily financial procedures and basic bookkeeping
Respond to and resolvecustomer enquiries, complaints and disputesprofessionally and efficiently
Assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant
Perform other duties as reasonably required to support the restaurant's operations
Essential Requirements
Relevant qualification of at leastCertificate IV level
At least1 year of relevant hospitality or restaurant experience
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the hospitality industry
Excellentcustomer service and interpersonal skills
Strongleadership, management and organisational skills
Effective verbal and writtencommunication skills
Ability to work effectively in afast-paced and busy workplace
CurrentResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
Good knowledge and understanding ofVietnamese cuisine
Desirable Skills and Experience
Previous experience supervising or managing a restaurant team
Experience with staff rostering, training and performance management
Experience with cash handling and basic bookkeeping




Ability to communicate inVietnameseis highly desirable, as the role involves liaising with the restaurant owner and staff, as well as assisting with customer enquiries relating to Vietnamese culture and cuisine
