The expansion is now underway.
Early works have commenced, a 5.5MW ball mill is on order, and underground development of the Northwest Flats orebody is progressing.
We are building the dedicated project team that will deliver the next phase of Liontown's growth.
This is an 18-month maximum term role, purpose-built for the expansion.
The Prospect
We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join our expansion construction project on an 18-month max-term contract.
Reporting to the Project WHS Superintendent, you'll provide frontline WHS support across active construction work fronts, delivering hands-on safety advisory services and compliance assurance.
This role works on a 2:1 roster, flying in on Friday mornings and out on Friday mornings.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide day-to-day WHS advisory support across construction work fronts, including high-risk construction activities
Conduct workplace inspections,



observations and compliance audits against the Project WHS Management Plan and contractor SWMS
Participate in and support incident investigations using the ICAM methodology
Review and provide feedback on contractor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
Maintain WHS records, registers and reporting requirements in line with Liontown's systems
Promote a positive safety culture through visible leadership, engagement and coaching at the work front
What We're Looking For
8 years' WHS experience in mining construction environments
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB***** or equivalent) as a minimum
Strong digital literacy, including confident use of WHS management systems
Qualification and practical experience as an ICAM Lead Investigator
Current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and Provide First Aid certificate
Current Western Australian C Class driver's licence
Able to obtain a National Police Clearance within three months, and pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
