Project Manager / Scrum Master - UtilitiesOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to support the delivery of a major utilities technology program.This is a hands-on hybrid role combining project management, governance and stakeholder coordination with day-to-day Agile delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project delivery across scope, schedule, risks, issues and dependenciesLead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Agile ceremoniesCoordinate and drive fortnightly release cyclesMaintain project plans, RAID registers, governance and delivery reportingWork closely with the Technical Lead and GIS SMEs to manage priorities and outcomesIdentify and remove blockers impacting project deliveryCoordinate stakeholders across business,
technology and vendor teamsProvide clear progress and status reporting to senior stakeholdersSupport delivery and configuration of a major GIS platformKey RequirementsStrong experience in a Project Manager / Scrum Master or similar hybrid delivery roleUtilities or electricity industry experience is highly regardedDemonstrated experience delivering complex technology projectsStrong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and regular release cyclesStrong project planning, RAID, governance and reporting capabilityExperience working alongside technical teams and specialist SMEsExcellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsGIS or spatial technology experience highly regardedInitial 6-month contract with robust extension potentialOpportunity to support a significant, multi-year technology programBroad role combining project management and hands-on Agile delivery
