This is a senior role with enterprise-wide influence.
Working across Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, HSEQ, HR and Business Development, you will translate business priorities into integrated processes, systems, data and sustainable ways of working.You will be accountable for:Leading technology-enabled business transformation initiatives aligned to the MTOP roadmapDriving current-state discovery, end-to-end process mapping and practical future-state designDeveloping business cases, transformation roadmaps, implementation plans and measurable benefitsImproving asset lifecycle visibility, operational workflows, forecasting and management reportingCoordinating business requirements for platform selection, system consolidation and implementationStrengthening data ownership, quality, governance and the path towards a trusted single source of truthIdentifying valuable and responsibly governed opportunities for automation, analytics and AIBuilding stakeholder ownership, readiness, adoption and capability across change initiativesReporting to the Head of Information Technology,



you will work closely with senior leaders, process owners, subject matter experts and external partners.
You will bring structure to complex problems, connect operational and financial needs, and help ensure technology investment delivers practical business value.What we're looking forYou are an experienced business transformation professional who can operate between strategy and delivery.
You understand that successful transformation is not simply a technology implementation.
It requires clear outcomes, well-designed processes, trusted data, strong governance and people who are ready to work differently.You may come from business transformation, business analysis, operational improvement, finance transformation, enterprise systems or technology-enabled change.
Experience in an asset-intensive or project-based environment will be highly regarded.You know how to:Translate complex business problems into clear options, requirements, decisions and delivery plansMap current and future-state processes and clarify ownership, controls and decision rightsInfluence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without relying on direct authorityConnect operational, asset, financial and technology considerationsBuild credible business cases and track perks, risks, dependencies and outcomesWork effectively with technology teams, vendors, consultants and implementation partnersLead change with practical communication, engagement, training and adoption plansBalance commercial value, user needs, delivery practicality, security,



privacy and riskYour keys to successTertiary qualification in business, finance, commerce, technology, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experienceAt least five years' experience leading complex business transformation, operational improvement or technology-enabled changeStrong business analysis and process-improvement capability, including discovery, process mapping, requirements and change impact assessmentCommercial and financial acumen, with practical experience in business cases, budgeting, forecasting or management reportingExperience working with operational and financial systems in an asset-intensive, project-based or similarly complex environmentDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, functional stakeholders, technical teams and external partnersWorking knowledge of project and change governance, data governance, information security, privacy and risk managementStrong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex issues clearExperience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, mining, heavy lift, plant, equipment hire or another heavy-asset industry would be advantageous.
Exposure to ERP, enterprise asset management, finance, reporting, integration, automation, business intelligence or responsibly governed AI initiatives would also be highly regarded.Marr is an equal opportunity employer.
