This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can balance day to day operational execution with longer term strategic thinking, driving continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and digital manufacturing.What You'll DoChampion safety, quality and environmental performance across the site, with a visible, hands-on leadership styleOwn execution of the production plan, OEE, quality, scrap reduction and cost targetsLead the site's Lean Six Sigma operating system, driving standard work, 5S, root-cause problem solving and a prioritised improvement portfolioDrive adoption of digital manufacturing tools, automation and data led decision making to improve plant performancePartner with HR on workforce planning,
