The Role
We are seeking a reliable Inshell Forklift Operator to join an almond processing and packing operation in Carwarp, VIC.
This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment, responsible for safely transporting finished inshell pallets from the packing room to the dispatch daystore.
You'll help ensure finished goods are presented to a high standard while maintaining accurate records, safe forklift operations, and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
You'll support the safe and efficient movement of finished goods while assisting with packing and dispatch operations.
Safely transport finished inshell pallets from packing to dispatch areas
Record pallet and SSCC label information accurately
Reprint pallet labels when required, ensuring they are clear and scannable
Stock the pallet room and maintain organised work areas
Replenish hooder film to minimise production downtime
Change, re-tip, and receipt reject bins as required
Provide meal-break relief for the inshell bagging operator when required
Complete operator reports and downtime logs accurately
Report maintenance, safety, or operational issues promptly
Follow site safety, cleaning, and housekeeping procedures




Competitive $***** per hour + penalty rates
Seasonal role with duration dependent on seasonal requirements
Consistent work with approximately 40 hours per week

Your Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll be a safety-focused forklift operator who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a busy processing environment.
Required current Forklift Licence (essential)
Knowledge of machine or processing operations desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Physically fit and comfortable completing manual tasks
Reliable and flexible to work varied hours, up to six days per week
Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
Positive communication and teamwork skills
