Senior Environmental Advisor - Land ManagementReporting to the Principal Land Management, this Brisbane-based role will support the strategic development and effective management of Stanmore's environmental offset portfolio, ensuring compliance with environmental obligations while delivering long-term ecological and business outcomes.

scopes of work and budgetsCoordinating regulatory reporting and maintaining audit-ready recordsContributing environmental expertise to land acquisition, due diligence and growth projectsWorking with internal GIS specialists to support spatial analysis and offset planningBuilding productive relationships with landholders, regulators, consultants and operational stakeholders.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:A degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, Natural Resource Management or a related disciplineAt least 5 years' experience in environmental approvals, biodiversity management, environmental compliance or land managementDemonstrated experience delivering biodiversity offset or conservation land management programsStrong knowledge of environmental approvals, management plans and compliance reportingExperience managing consultants, contractors, budgets and environmental programsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA practical and proactive approach to problem solvingThe ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities.Highly RegardedExperience with EPBC Act approvals and environmental offsetsKnowledge of the Queensland Environmental Offsets FrameworkExperience within mining, resources, infrastructure or energy sectorsGIS capability, including ArcGIS ProExperience managing large-scale rural, grazing or conservation properties.Why Join Stanmore?
