Osborne Park Kia & MG is looking for a motivated and highly organised Reconditioning Manager to oversee our vehicle reconditioning operations.This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring vehicles are prepared efficiently, presented to a high standard and ready for sale or delivery within required timeframes.
You will coordinate the reconditioning process from start to finish, working closely with internal departments, workshop teams and external suppliers to keep vehicles moving through the process.The RoleAs the Reconditioning Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing the day-to-day vehicle reconditioning process across Osborne Park Kia & MGCoordinating vehicle inspections, mechanical work, detailing, repairs and other required reconditioningPrioritising workloads to ensure vehicles are completed within required timeframesMonitoring vehicles throughout the reconditioning process and proactively addressing delaysManaging relationships with internal teams, contractors and external suppliersMaintaining high standards of vehicle presentation, quality and workmanshipReviewing and controlling reconditioning costs while achieving operational targetsEnsuring accurate records are maintained for work completed and associated costsIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiencies,
turnaround times and processesLeading and supporting the team to maintain a productive, positive and safety-focused working environmentWorking closely with dealership management, Sales, Service and other key stakeholdersAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous experience within the automotive industry, ideally in vehicle reconditioning, workshop management, service, used vehicles or a similar operational roleStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent planning, organisation and time-management capabilitiesA strong understanding of vehicle presentation and quality standardsThe ability to coordinate multiple vehicles and priorities in a quick-paced dealership environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approachSound commercial awareness with the ability to monitor and manage costsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detailA current driver's licenceWhy Join Us?
