This role requires excellent knowledge of TGA PIC's guidelines, proficiency in Good Documentation Practices (GDP), with a keen focus on release for supply activities.It is a diverse role covering all aspects of quality operations, such as sampling and inspection of incoming goods, environmental monitoring, document control, deviation investigations, auditing, training, data entry and trending.This role is a full time, onsite 12-month contract positionKey Responsibilities:Batch document review as a supporting function for RFSIssuing of Batch documentation to productionPerform RO water sampling and Conductivity testingOrganise monthly environmental monitoring with contract laboratory and maintain results on spreadsheetMonitoring Temperature data loggers,



pressure differentials and scale daily checksOrganise Raw materials and Finished goods samples for testingRaw material release and trend managementMonitor raw materials expiry/retest dates and work with the warehouse to obtain samples for retestPerform Supplier reassessment activitiesEnter test results in ILAB system Conduct inspection and release of packaging components Maintenance of master artwork Change control Participate in the internal audit program Updating Standard Operating Procedures Performing deviation and CAPA investigations Maintain retention store for raw materials, components, and documentation Assist in maintenance of company training programs and assist with GMP training Ability to follow instructions from managementDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout youTertiary qualifications in a Science related disciplinePharmaceutical manufacturing background with minimum of 3-5 years' experienceWorking knowledge and ability to interpret the Australian Code of GMPProven experience with the following:Batch document review and batch releaseDocumentation controlChange controlInternal auditingRoot cause analysis investigations & CAPASampling and inspection of incoming materialsA strong awareness of and commitment to safety managementTime management, analytical and problem-solving skillsDriven and energetic personality High level of attention to detail, initiative, and strong work ethicAbility to work with all levels of the organisation from shop floor to senior managementStrong communication skills both written and verbalCommitment to Continuous ImprovementSound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MRP and/or ERP systems.The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years QA/QC experience in a TGA/GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
They must present with excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal English as they will be working cross functionally and interfacing with groups across the business as well as external stakeholders.
The candidate will also possess excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Most importantly, the ideal candidate must have a 'can do' attitude, be extremely reliable and punctual, present excellent problem-solving skills, and must be able to work under pressure.
