ThePremier Hotel in Broadmeadow is a family-owned venue undergoing renovations and preparing a grand reopening with a current sports bar, premier gaming lounge, upgraded accommodation and a versatile bistro for functions.
We seek a hands-on leader with food focus and event-driven experience able to elevate service standards while driving growth and visitation.
Expect days, nights, public holidays and weekend work as part of a dynamic hospitality team.
