Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site sales role based in Dural, Sydney.
You will manage and retain existing customer accounts while generating new business through cold-calling and business development.
You will be mentored by a sales qualified with over 25 years of experience in running successful sales teams.
The role involves account management, business development, and customer visits.
Key responsibilities
Account Management - managing and retaining existing customer-base
BDM - cold-calling and generating new customers
Gain product and software knowledge quickly
Understand and execute the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Travel to customer sites as required
About you
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required (customer service experience is not sales experience!)
Demonstrable history of high level of customer service
Ability to gain product and software knowledge quickly
Can thrive and succeed in a highly competitive industry to win sales
Positive energy, resilience, and a self-starter attitude
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail
Honest, professional,



reliable and mature attitude
Resident in Sydney Metro to travel to Dural every day
Australian citizen only (working visas do not apply)
Base Salary + Super (negotiable, dependent upon experience)
Sales Commission paid in addition to base salary, upon meeting sales and performance metric targets (paid after 6-month mandatory probation period)
Motor Vehicle Allowance (paid after 6-month mandatory probation period)
