Followmont Transport in Sydney is seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to coordinate drivers, fleet and resources across our network, ensuring safe, effective and reliable service delivery.
You will oversee daily operations, manage schedules, monitor compliance, and support our drivers to achieve exceptional customer outcomes in a fast-paced transport environment.
Strong Excel and reporting skills will be used to monitor KPI's, costs and performance, and to drive continuous improvement
