We are seeking an experiencedSenior Asset Managerto lead the technical and commercial performance of a growing portfolio ofwind, solar&battery; storage assets.
This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who combines strong renewable energy expertise with commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills and a passion for operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring a high-performing asset management team.
Driving performance, reliability and optimisation across renewable energy assets.
Managing contracts, budgets, governance and compliance activities.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, service providers and regulatory bodies.
Implementing data-driven processes,



digital systems and AI-enabled tools to enhance operational performance and reporting.
Supporting the continued growth and scalability of a rapidly expanding portfolio.
About You
Proven experience managing operating renewable energy assets across wind, solar and/or battery storage.
Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management capability.
Experience within the Australian energy market, ideally across NEM-connected assets.
Engineering, project management or related tertiary qualification.
A proactive, outcomes-focused mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
