As a Branch Assistant at Tradelink, you'll play a key role in building genuine relationships and finding solutions for customers. You'll be the face of our service, delivering goods safely and efficiently to local customers, processing orders, preparing quotes, and supporting the team with stocking shelves and managing inventory.
Key responsibilities
Deliver goods safely and efficiently to local customers
Provide great service and friendly interactions as one of the main faces customers see
Process orders and prepare quotes
Support the team with stocking shelves and managing inventory
Assist with order management to ensure everything is ready for delivery
About you
Valid open driver's license and secure driving record
Basic computer skills to handle quotes and sales processing
Team player attitude – humble, hard-working, and always ready to pitch in
Experience in a similar role and passion for customer service (preferred, but not essential)
Basic knowledge of plumbing products would be helpful, but willingness to learn is essential
