WAGEC is seeking a hands-on Digital Change Leader to guide a 0.8 FTE fixed-term position for 12 months. Based at Redfern Head Office with travel to nine sites, the role reports to the Director of Quality and Impact and drives digital uplift across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will lead organisational change, digital adoption and service improvement initiatives, with qualifications or equivalent experience in IT, digital systems, or project management and robust communication skills.
