The Role
As a Truck Washer / Yard Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:
Washing and cleaning trucks and commercial vehicles
Operating pressure washers and cleaning equipment
Cleaning and maintaining the truck yard
Sweeping and keeping outdoor areas clean and tidy
Removing rubbish and general waste
Maintaining a secure and organised work workplace
Completing general yard hand duties
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Assisting with other site duties as required
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
Previous experience as a Truck Washer, Yard Hand, Yard Cleaner, Cleaner or Labourer
Experience with pressure washing or vehicle cleaning is highly regarded
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
Ability to work outdoors
Solid attention to detail
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Full Australian working rights
Reliable transport to Thomastown
