Experience as a section waitstaff or Runner in a premium restaurant
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
Adaptable and able to multi-task
Passion for food and wine
Excellent attention to detail
Robust worth ethic and a "can do" attitude
Skilled presentation and strong communication
Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
