Working within our broader People & Compliance team, you’ll be the go-to expert for Kronos (UKG) to keep things running smoothly and identify opportunities to make our systems, data and processes work smarter.

Your impact
Own the day-to-day functionality and ongoing support of our Kronos/UKG platform
Manage system access, security, workflows and user administration
Work with UKG and external partners to resolve issues and deliver improvements
Support integrations and data flows while identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency

What you bring
Hands-on experience administering Kronos/UKG or a similar workforce management platform
Strong understanding of time and attendance, workforce management and payroll processes
Experience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements and/or payroll rules
High attention to detail, with a solid focus on data accuracy and system integrity
