About the Role
As a PCA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while supporting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
Supporting mobility, hygiene, nutrition,



and hydration needs
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident's health and well-being
Maintaining accurate documentation and care records
Working collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams
Promoting a protected, respectful, and supportive environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Health Services Assistance, or an equivalent qualification
At least 1 year experience working in aged care
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Relevant working rights in Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate and professional approach to resident care
