Atlas is seeking an Area Manager to lead cleaning operations across several client sites in Brighton and the surrounding areas.
You will drive service delivery, monitor performance, manage budgets, and engage with clients to ensure contractual expectations are met.
You will oversee recruitment, induction, training, and performance management of teams, conduct site visits, audits, and reporting, and maintain health, safety and information security standards while travelling between sites.
