Duties:

Material Preparation: Accurately weigh raw materials, blend/mix compounds and dilute substances according to strict formulas.
n
Equipment Operation: Run machinery via programmed control panels, manage press controls and load materials into ball mills.
n
Oven Operation: Safely load and unload production trays containing raw materials into industrial heating ovens.
n
Manual Handling: Lift, hold,



tip and transfer processing trays weighing up to 15kg around the workshop.
n
Documentation: Maintain clear, exact batch records and logs throughout each manufacturing stage to ensure quality.
n
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety guidelines and handle industrial chemical substances in line with workplace protocols.
n

Skills & Experience:
n
n
A relevant mechanical trade certificate or strong background in a workshop or production setting.
n
Proven experience in operating machinery, chemical handling, and raw material processing.
n
Ability to follow batch records accurately, manage time well, and perform manual lifting safely.
n
A proactive, safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
n
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Physical Assessment, including lifting up to 15kg.
n
