Job Description
Odyssey Victoria is seeking a senior executive to lead its community-based Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services in Victoria, reporting to the CEO/COO. This hands-on leadership role focuses on strategic program delivery, consortium partnerships, and policy development.

You will head a team of around 100 staff, oversee clinical performance, and shape the capacity of direct reports and program managers to achieve outcomes that reduce harm and reconnect people with families and community.
