Design & Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a $140M high-rise construction project in Brisbane.

This is an excellent prospect for a Safety Advisor looking to step into a major project with a genuine temp-to-perm pathway.

The Role
Initial contract position with genuine temp-to-perm opportunity
Work on a $140M high-rise project
Brisbane-based
Support the project team across all aspects of site safety and compliance
Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations
Manage and maintain WHS documentation and systems
Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings
Work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, subcontractors and trades
Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
Promote a strong safety culture across the project

About You
Previous experience as a Safety Advisor / WHS Advisor within construction
High-rise,



commercial or large-scale construction experience highly regarded
Robust understanding of Queensland WHS legislation and construction requirements
Confident engaging with site teams, subcontractors and management
Strong communication and documentation skills
Relevant WHS qualifications
Ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider project team
