Job Description
360biolabs in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Sample Reception Lead to coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage and tracking of clinical samples, ensuring compliance with LIMS, SOPs and accreditation standards as part of a quality-controlled CRO environment.
You will lead the Sample Reception team, manage relationships with investigators and clients, ensure productive workflow, and contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis, policy maintenance and staff development.
