Job Description
Key responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
Managing customer bookings and workshop schedules
Ordering and following up on parts when required
Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process
Providing clear updates, recommendations and estimates to customers
Preparing and processing invoices and estimates
Liaising with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and job completion
Handling general administration and office duties
Ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional and positive experience
About you
Has strong customer service and communication skills
Is confident speaking with customers over the phone and in person
Is organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work




Can work independently as well as part of a team
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Has an interest in the automotive industry
Previous automotive or Service Advisor experience is an advantage, but not essential — full training will be provided
