Network Melbourne Services is looking for an organised, practical person to support the director and keep electrical jobs moving.
This is an office-based role with no on-site electrical work.
You'll help manage the day-to-day flow of information between the director, workers, suppliers, builders and customers.
Key responsibilities
Scheduling jobs and coordinating the team's daily tasks
Preparing invoices and following up outstanding payments
Tracking purchase orders, materials and job documentation
Keeping job details, photos and records organised in Simpro
Following up customers, builders and suppliers
Helping create transparent procedures and improve how the office runs
About you
Electrical industry experience is strongly preferred
Understanding of the pace of contracting work
Ability to follow things through
Experience with Simpro would be valuable
