Tandem Partners is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations leader to develop and lead a commercially focused IR strategy for a major Australian division.
Reporting to a senior HR executive, you will partner with executives and operational leaders while building solid relationships with unions and external stakeholders, across multiple sites nationwide.
The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage significant disputes and employment-law matters.
