%0ARole overview:
%0AThe Bookings Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to exceed Foott customer expectations.
Working closely the Sales team, Customers and Fleet, you will ensure customer needs are met, drivers have all the information they require to complete jobs, and customers are kept informed.
%0AKey Responsibilities:
%0A%0AProvide excellence in customer service within a busy contact centre environment with a focus on professional consistent response to customer requests.
%0AProvide daily run-sheets for drivers and be a key point of contact for drivers as they complete customer deliveries and collections.
%0AEnsure all required reporting and record keeping is maintained.
%0AEstablish and maintain key relationships with customers, vendors and other key stakeholders.

%0AYour Skills & Experience:
%0ACertificate III in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
%0ARelevant customer service skills and experience
%0AAt least 3 years in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced and dynamic contact centre environment.
%0AExperience in accurate data entry and the proven ability to understand and action customer enquiries.
%0ALocation:
%0AThis role is based in Shepparton, Northeast Victoria, and we are specifically seeking candidates who are regionally based in this area.
