About the role
The Warehouse Assistant supports the day-to-day running of the CENDRÉ warehouse, helping ensure customer and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing things properly and understands that the small details matter.
From beautifully packing a customer's first CENDRÉ order to preparing larger wholesale shipments, you'll play an significant part in making sure every order leaving our warehouse represents the standard of our brand.
Key responsibilities
Pick and pack daily ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare wholesale orders for dispatch
Ensure every order is packed beautifully and in line with CENDRÉ standards
Process shipping labels and prepare outgoing parcels
Assist with high-volume dispatch periods, launches and promotional events
Complete final checks to ensure products, quantities and customer details are correct
Receive and unpack incoming stock deliveries
Assist with counting, checking and putting away new stock
Replenish picking locations throughout the day
Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts
About you
Reliable, organised and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
Work well in a fast‐paced environment and understand that accuracy is just as important as speed
Previous warehouse, pick/pack, retail or stock experience, although this isn't essential
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Great organisation and time-management skills
A positive and proactive attitude
Reliability and punctuality
Confidence working independently as well as within a team
The ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse role, including being on your feet throughout the day and safely lifting cartons
