This full time role reports to the Regional Asset Manager and focuses on keeping facilities safe, well-maintained and compliant for residents, staff and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience, contractor management, knowledge of relevant legislation, and a genuine empathy for the needs of elderly residents.
