As part of our global Leadership Recruitment team, you'll partner with Executive Recruiters and senior business leaders to build talent pipelines for some of Accenture's most strategic executive hires (Partner level).
You'll combine market intelligence, executive research, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify world-class talent in areas such as Technology, Professional Services, Management Consulting, AI&Data; and Digital Transformation.

What You'll Do
Lead executive talent mapping and market intelligence initiatives across APAC
Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage senior leadership talent




Build and manage diverse executive talent pipelines for critical leadership roles
Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to influence talent strategies
Represent Accenture's brand to proactively headhunt passive talent and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
Coach recruiters on advanced search techniques, research methodologies, and sourcing technology
Present market insights and research findings to senior stakeholders across diverse APAC markets
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years experience in Executive search, leadership recruiting, or senior talent acquisition experience
Strong sourcing and research expertise, ideally within technology, consulting, or professional services
Experience engaging and influencing VP, Partner, and C-suite talent
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Curiosity, commercial acumen, and a passion for uncovering exceptional talent
Experience in cross-border Executive Recruitment is highly valued
