Bolton Clarke Group in Australia is seeking an Asset Auditor to drive portfolio‐wide asset governance across our aged care and retirement living sites.
You will travel to sites, conduct on‐site audits and work with asset management systems to ensure assets are protected, compliant and performing.
The role requires 5+ years in asset management, strong ISO ***** knowledge, and hands‐on CMMS experience (myBuildings, Maximo, SAP PM).
