About the role Strange Things is a brand-new cafe opening in Aireys Inlet with a focus on sustainability, low waste, and high quality. We are looking for skilled, passionate Baristas to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Operate the coffee machine efficiently, including dial-in knowledge and consistent milk texturing

Maintain high speed and quality standards during high-volume peak periods

Deliver warm customer service with a kind and genuine attitude

About you

Proven experience operating commercial espresso machinery in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of grind adjustments, and latte art

A positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills

Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious hospitality practices
