Our Chelsea Childcare Centre is open, and we are seeking passionate and dedicated Diploma Educators to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new centre - helping to build a positive team culture and create inspiring learning settings for children.
About the Role
As an Educator at Bright Steps Academy, you will:
Create nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments
Support children's learning and development in line with the EYLF
Build solid, respectful relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively within a supportive team
Contribute to a positive, protected, and high-quality early learning environment
What You'll Bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Current Working with Children Check
Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Enthusiasm, warmth, and a genuine love for working with children
