We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a $12M Health Facility project in Bourke, NSW.

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a hands-on construction skilled looking to step into a regional project and provide robust site leadership during the critical initial establishment phase.

The project is currently moving through its initial site establishment phase, with works including:
Site establishment and set-up
Remediation works
Site sheds
Surveying
In-ground services
Screw piling
Subcontractor coordination
Site safety, quality and compliance
General site reporting and project correspondence

You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Foreman
Strong commercial construction experience




Experience managing site establishment and early works
Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong computer literacy
Experience using HammerTech and Aconex
Confidence managing project documentation, reporting and correspondence
The ability to work independently in a regional environment
